This Old Barn offers packages for your event that include amenities that you are free to use for your wedding, graduation party, bridal shower, and more! Depending on how long you will need our venue for your event, we will work with you on creating a package that fits for you.

Wedding Packages

We agree to the fee required to rent this venue as indicated below. To secure our date, we require a $1000 deposit upon booking along with the return of this signed contract.

  • 700 square foot Bride’s cottage, complete with full bathroom and loft bedroom (sleeps up to 4 people).

  • Rectangular barn tables with mahogany chairs to use for reception
  • Ceremony seating
  • Caterers station complete with sink and refrigerator
  • Men’s and Woman’s restrooms, handicap accessible
  • Large outside patio
